How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you have a few options available. You can monitor real-time updates by referring to the shipping confirmation email sent within approximately one week of your purchase. Alternatively, utilize the 'Track Order' tab on our website for instant access to your order's progress.

Upon placing an order, it is promptly forwarded to one of our fulfillment centers for processing. Your items will be shipped within 1-2 business weeks from the order date.

Please be aware that due to the high demand for certain items in our inventory, shipping times might occasionally extend beyond the estimated timeframe provided.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time frame ranges between 1 to 2 weeks.

In the event that your order does not reach you within 45 days from the original purchase date, please reach out to us via email. We will promptly assist you in obtaining a full refund for your purchase.

Please note that this policy does not cover instances where shipping details provided by customers contain errors or in cases of missed parcel deliveries

Do you deliver products internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to ensure our products reach customers worldwide. 

Occasionally, due to shipping limitations in certain regions, we may need to cancel an order.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

If you've recently placed an order with multiple items, please note that due to our separate warehouses, each item may be shipped individually. This means you might receive items separately, with one arriving before the other. If you don't receive all your items at once, be assured they will arrive promptly. 

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant. Can I change it?

If you've encountered an error in your shipping address or selected an incorrect size/variant, please contact us promptly via email. While we endeavor to accommodate changes, our swift processing may limit our ability to modify orders already in transit. Once an order has entered the shipping process, adjustments may not be feasible. However, we value your satisfaction and encourage you to reach out—our team will strive to assist you in resolving the issue. We understand the inconvenience of receiving an item that doesn't meet your expectations.
